

Yoga for Stress

Class Description
This class is designed as a bridge between the hustle of the work week and the freedom of the weekend. We'll focus on releasing the accumulated stress and worries of the week, creating space for relaxation and rejuvenation — helping you let go of any tension held in your body and mind. This class is a ritual of transition, a conscious effort to leave behind what no longer serves you and to open up to what brings you happiness. This class is 60 minutes in length and taught by advanced yoga teacher Teresa Biggs, RYT-500. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign-in, complete consent forms, and settle into your practice space. Doors will be locked at the start of each class. Mats and Props provided
